The Be My Eyes app was created in 2015 by Hans Jorgen Wiberg, who was also a blind person, and the beginning was in a seminar he gave at the Danish Association of the Blind, where everyone told him that they are calling their relatives via video to meet their daily needs. This app brings together blind or visually impaired volunteers who need assistance with small daily tasks.
These tasks can range from reading the expiration date on milk cartons, to describing the color of the shirt, etc.
How to use
For the volunteers : All you have to do is download the application, and specify that you are a volunteer who wants to help the blind by choosing the second box, then you will receive a notification when someone needs help.
For the blind and visually impaired : this category must determine its position by selecting the first box in the image above, after that a large button to call volunteers will appear when the application is opened (Call first available volunteer).

Be My Eyes app is designed to call you during the day only, even if the user calls at night, as it connects him to all people across the world according to time zones. The application uses the language of the phone system. If you speak more than one language, you can add it in the settings to receive communication notifications from native speakers of that language.
