How to put more than one Linux distribution on one bootable USB

To fix computer problems, do an experiment, or even perform tasks that you can't do well in Windows, there is a common solution that is Linux. Generally, to facilitate this, people prefer to operate this system on USB, without having to install it directly into a computer hard drive.

If you usually use more than one Linux distribution, the interesting alternative is to create a multiboot USB, meaning you don't need to have a dedicated usb for each distribution. Here's how to put more than one Linux distribution on one bootable usb.

 You need to have the ISO files for your distributions to install from USB. Do not forget that the storage space must be superior to the total size of the two distributions.

 To accomplish this task, it is necessary to obtain a specific program, which will create a USB boot menu where the distribution can be chosen. You can download the MultiBootUSB program by clicking here.

 In the initial screen of the program, in "Select a USB Disk", choose the USB on which the distributions will be broadcasted. Then click "Browse" next to "Select image", select an ISO distribution and click "Install distro";

 In the message that appears, click and wait for the process to finish.

When the process is complete, click again on "Browse" next to "Select image", select the second distribution file and click on "Install distro".

Once you complete the above process, you only need to put USB on the computer where you want to use Linux and put boot priority to a USB drive. Then you will see a menu like the image below, where you will choose the order you want.

Now, you know how to install more than one Linux distribution simultaneously on a single USB. .
