Emoji8 is an app for UWP app, according to Microsoft, the app uses the device's web camera to monitor users imitating randomly chosen emoji expressions.
Emoji8 is described as a "fun application for UWP model" that uses Windows Machine Learning and displays it in a way that is easy for anyone to try.
The app uses a webcam to monitor the user's face, read his expressions and convert them into appropriate emojis, the open source app on GitHub . Anyone can download and try it on their computer through the Windows Store. After that, an internet connection is not necessary to use the application.
